iNDICATION

- fetid, infected wounds or with great amount of exudate.

ComposiTION

It is formed by three main layers interposed by film EMA. 
- layer interns: calcium and sodium alginate, 
- intermediary layer: activated coal,
- external layer: absorbent hydrofibre.

ADvantage

- favoring the autolitic desbridament and it controls the scent, 
- it doesn't stick to the bed of the wound. 

dISADvantage

- it can need of healing secondary or direct external fixation with adhesive ribbon.

dressing CHANGE

- according to the saturation, on the average with 48 at 72 hours.
