      SURGICAL WOUND DEHISCENCE 

 

*The surgical dehiscence of cutaneous suture is a postoperative complication.

The necrotic material should be unbridled to facilitate the drainage of the secretion and cleaning of the wound with abundant amount of physiologic saline solution (0,9%).

The use of dressing appropriate they can aid in the remission of the lesion and control of the infection. 

In serious lesions the hyperbaric oxygentherapy has indication.
