The dermatologic lesions by chemotherapy is like chemical burns of second and third degrees. They happen as secondary complication or iatrogênica due to the these agents' extravasamento for the fabric subcutaneous perivascular. 

The gravity of the lesion will depend on several factors, for example: 
- substance type, 
- applied dosagem, 
- of the area anatomical assault, 
- of the amount of fatty paniculo that reveals the degree of the customer's nutrition.

The cutaneous lesions can present secondary complications, as local infection.

TOPICAL TREATMENT

In the topical treatment of these lesions it can be used several products, can be used: silver
sulfadiazine with cerio nitrate
, enzymatic ointment (collagenase, fibrolynosin), hydrocoloid, hydrogel, linoleic acid, ricinoleic a
cid, bioperoxoil, Aloe vera, elicine, papain, albumin, non adherent gauzes, calcium and
sodium alginate
ecc. 

The change period will depend on the chosen product.
