They can be sexually bacterial infections transmissible, being classified Sexually as Diseases Transmissible (DST), as: 
- gonorrhea 
- syphilis 
- cancroide or soft cancer 
- venereal linfogranuloma 
- donovanose 
- herpes simple genital 
- another. 

TOPICAL TREATMENT

The treatment clinical classic of the pathology should be made. 

The cutaneous lesions can present secondary complications, as local infection. 

In the topical treatment of these lesions it can be used several products, can be used: silver sulfadiazine with cerio nitrate, enzymatic ointment (collagenase, fibrolynosin), hydrocolloid, hydrogel, linoleic acid, ricinoleic acid, bioperoxoil, Aloe vera, elicine, papain, albumin, non adherent gauzes, calcium and
sodium alginate
ecc. 

The change period will depend on the chosen product.
