CUTANEOUS TUBERCULOSIS

The cutaneous tuberculosis, when originated of the settling of the Koch bacillus in the skin, primary tuberculosis e is called, if decurrent of the hipersensibility process the tuberculous active focus, called "tuberculides" and situated in another place of the organism, is called secondary tuberculosis.

The cutaneous tuberculosis can present injuries characterized for papules or nodules, that if ulceram, being able to present secondary infection.

The distinguishing diagnosis is important. The clinical treatment of the pathology must be effected.

TOPICAL TREATMENT

In the topical treatment of these lesions they can be used, for example: silver sulfadiazine with cerio nitrate, enzymatic ointment (collagenase, fibrolynosin), hydrocoloid, hydrogel, linoleic acid, ricinoleic acid, bioperoxoil, Aloe vera, elicine, papain, albumin, non adherent gauzes, calcium and sodium alginate etc. 

The change period will depend on the chosen product.
